Installed a Carrier furnace one day after our old unit failed us at the start of the winter season. They were also able to improve the ducting around the new furnace so that it would work more effectively pushing the heat and air around our old home. We have used Richard’s services since 2014 when our snow melting system didn’t work in our new purchased property. He first came to our house on the day of Mid- December and diagnosed the issue immediately. He couldn’t finish the work on that day because of the lack of the part which would need to be ordered. He completed the work while we were on Christmas vacation. There was a heavy snow storm during the Christmas holiday but when came back from the vacation, we found we had the most clean driveway in our neighbourhood, then we asked him not only to do its regular annual maintenance but also the service for our floor heating system in the following years. Thank you Richard for your thorough inspections of the systems through these years and would highly recommend if anyone needs to solve the heating system problems!
